From Sunrise to Late Morning: The Banana Boat Buffet
Each day begins at Banana Boat, our welcoming main dining room. The breakfast spread is an inviting mix of pastries, breads, fruit selections, and a variety of hot favorites, with an egg station where your morning order is made just for you. Vegetarian choices are typically part of the offering as well, ensuring there’s something for every appetite and preference (our resort staff is happy to assist with dietary needs wherever possible). Lunch and dinner bring their own rotation of flavors, from hearty classics to island-inspired tastes, all served buffet-style with the same easygoing atmosphere that makes this venue the heart of dining at Breezes.
Daytime Delights by the Pool and Beach
When the sun is high, you don’t have to go far to refuel. At the Breezes Beach Grill, sizzling favorites and casual bites are served just steps from your lounger. Conch fritters - a guest favorite - share the menu with burgers, fries, and other satisfying picks. It’s a laid-back, come-as-you-are spot that pairs perfectly with an afternoon by the water.

Evenings to Savor: Variety, Atmosphere, and Choice
As the day cools, dinner at Breezes takes many shapes. On most nights, guests can choose from a rotating selection of à la carte restaurants:
  • Martino’s: Italian classics with a tropical accent, such as Treasures of the Sea, a medley of seafood in your choice of sauce.
  • Eden & the Garden of Eden: Romantic garden or intimate indoor banquette, with specialties like Eve’s Embrace, grilled salmon in a rich shrimp scampi reduction.
  • Munasan: Asian favorites with a Bahamian twist, including Jerk Chicken Spring Rolls with guava ponzu dipping sauce.
Menus can shift and à la carte restaurants have rotating schedules, so each visit might offer something new to discover. The Banana Boat buffet remains open nightly, offering an inviting option with its own variety and charm,; ensuring that, whatever the evening holds, there’s always a satisfying table waiting for you.
Sip, Savor, Socialize: The Bars of Breezes
From midday to evening, our bars each have their own personality. The Lobby Bar is lively and central, perfect for pre-dinner mingling. The Sip n Dip Pool Bar keeps you refreshed without leaving the water. The Pelican Piano Bar sets the scene for evening sing-alongs, while the Disco Bar keeps the energy high into the late hours. Whether it’s a tropical cocktail, a glass of wine, or classic spirit, your drink is always included and always served with a smile.

The Pinnacle of Romance: Private Dinners on the Beach
For an evening you’ll never forget, reserve a private dinner , a candlelit table for two set just steps from the shoreline. Choose from eight curated multi-course menus (ranging from $100 to $210 per person), each crafted without substitutions to preserve the chef’s vision. You might enjoy pepper-crusted tuna tataki, pistachio-crusted grouper, butter-poached lobster, or even a vegan apple and banana strudel (all subject to change based on season and availability).
Offered most nights starting at 6:30 p.m., these dinners are an additional charge and must be booked in advance. In case of inclement weather, an alternative location ensures the romance continues.
