Deposit Requirements

Certain rates and promotions (such as non-refundable rates) require full payment at the time of booking. In these cases, deposit requirements will be clearly communicated during the online booking process. Otherwise, the following payment schedule applies:

Bookings made within 1 to 45 days of arrival
Full payment is required at the time of booking and is subject to cancellation fees. Insurance fees are non-refundable.

Bookings made 46+ days prior to arrival

A deposit of $200 per person is required at booking, along with insurance (if selected) and full payment for any airfare booked as part of a package. These amounts may be subject to cancellation fees. Insurance fees are non-refundable.

Final balance is due 45 days before arrival. Bookings without full payment by this deadline may be canceled.

Booking Modifications

All changes to bookings must be made directly with our reservation specialists. A booking change may include updated travel dates, room category, number of guests, or promotional rate (if available).

Please note:

  • Change policies may vary by promotion or special pricing event.
  • Some components, such as airfare or special rates, may be non-changeable.
  • Airline change policies and fees are determined by the carriers. Please review them at time of booking.

Terms and conditions are included on your booking confirmation page and email. Otherwise, the following change fees apply:

Resort Change Fees

  • 46+ days prior to arrival – No fee
  • 31–45 days prior – $100 per person
  • 16–30 days prior – $150 per person
  • 1–15 days prior – $200 per person

Other Change Fees

  • Change to a different rate or promotion – $150 flat fee
  • All other changes not listed above – $50 flat fee
  • 16–30 days prior – $150 per person
  • 1–15 days prior – $200 per person

All fees are in U.S. dollars and are in addition to any increase in package or resort rates. Requested changes are subject to approval and availability.If a modified reservation is later canceled, the cancellation penalties for the original travel dates apply.

Note: All timelines follow Eastern Standard Time and must be completed by 11:59 PM on the applicable date.‍

Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the promotion or event. Some bookings are non-refundable. Please review the cancellation policy carefully during the booking process.

Standard Cancellation Schedule

  • 46+ days before arrival – No penalty
  • 31–45 days before arrival – $200 per person
  • 16–30 days before arrival – 50% of the total room amount
  • Within 15 days, no-shows, or early departures – 100% of the total room amount (non-refundable)
Age Requirements

Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that cater exclusively to couples, Breezes Bahamas offers a fun-loving, casual atmosphere for singles, couples, friends, and families with children 14 and older. All ages are calculated as of the travel date. Guests 14 years or older are welcome at Breezes Bahamas.

Each room must have at least one adult who meets the minimum check-in age for that season:

March, April, May, June & July
Minimum check-in age is 25, unless booked through our Groups Department.

August through February
Minimum check-in age is 21.

Please note: Guests dining in specialty restaurants must be 25 years of age or older.

All guests, regardless of age, are charged the standard adult rate.

Student Travel Periods

During select dates in March, April, May, and June, Breezes Bahamas welcomes Spring Break and Graduation groups. Guest demographics may be younger during these times.

Breezes Bahamas is open year-round to couples, singles, groups of friends, and families, with all guests aged 14 and older.

If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, consider booking outside of typical Spring Break and Graduation travel windows.

Room Occupancy

Room occupancy is based on the number of guests / persons per room:

  • Single Occupancy – 1 guest / person occupying the room
  • Double Occupancy – 2 guests / persons occupying the room

Rates are generally advertised as per night, based on double occupancy - or - per person, per night, based on double occupancy.

Example: $150 per person, per night = $300 total per night for two guests.

Adjusted Rates

  • Single occupancy: 150% of the per-person double rate (e.g., $150 × 1.5 = $225 per night)
Required Documents

All guests must present a valid passport at check-in for age verification.

For U.S. citizens, visit travel.state.gov for passport and travel requirements.

As of January 23, 2007, passports are required for all air and sea travel to The Bahamas.Requirements may vary based on your country of residence. Please consult your government’s travel regulations.

We cannot guarantee accessibility through airlines, airports, or transportation providers. Contact those providers directly for arrangements.

  • All rates and fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise.
  • All guests must be 14+. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Certain periods may require one guest to be 21+.
  • Some promotions and events require minimum night stays.
  • Most rates are advertised per room per night, based on double occupancy.
  • Airfare is not included unless booked as part of a package.
  • Advertised rates include all applicable taxes, including VAT (unless noted otherwise).
  • Promotions cannot be combined and may be subject to blackout/closeout dates.
