  ‍The most tourist-friendly jitneys are routes #10 and #10A, which run from downtown Nassau (near Frederick or East Hill Street) along Bay Street and West Bay Street toward Cable Beach and the Fish Fry area at Arawak Cay. Frequency is roughly every few minutes, with buses passing stops every 15 minutes or so. Other routes (e.g., #12) may run similar corridors with slightly different western endpoints.
• COST & PAYMENT
  The fare is around $1.25 USD, sometimes noted as up to $1.50 depending on source—exact change required in USD or B$.
• OPERATING HOURS
  Most jitneys run from approximately 6 AM to around 6–7 PM. Service drops off sharply in the evenings, so taxis are recommended after hours .
