Arrival Requirements:

Couples are required to be on property for a period of time before the scheduled wedding day. This is to process documentation required based on the country if the wedding.

THE BAHAMAS: 72 hours / 3 full business days prior. JAMAICA: 48 hours / 2 full business days prior. CURAÇAO: 72 hours / 3 full business days prior. BRAZIL: 72 hours / 3 full business days prior. (Dream Weddings listed here are not available in Brazil).

Formalities:

We require certified copies of birth certificates for both the bride and the groom, which must include the fathers’ names. We need to know the occupation of the bride and groom. If either have been married before, we require certification of final divorce papers or death certificate. Then, all we ask is a minimum of three working weeks notice to prepare for your special day.

Government and administrative fees are additional for stays less than six (6) paid nights. THE BAHAMAS: $350 wedding / $150 vow renewal. JAMAICA: $250 wedding / $200 vow renewal. CURAÇAO: $300 wedding / $100 vow renewal. BRAZIL: $225 wedding / $100 vow renewal. Government and administrative fees are subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact your Dream Wedding Planner for the most up-to-date fee schedule by country.

We require a minimum of three (3) working weeks notice to complete the formalities. There will be a late booking fee of $150 on the above if booked within twenty-one (21) days of the event. These fees are non refundable and must be paid within ten (10) days (Jamaica and The Bahamas only) of the confirmation date (the date when the booking was made). If payment is not made within ten (10) days of the confirmation date, the wedding is subject to cancellation (Jamaica and The Bahamas only).

Prices quoted for services not included in the hotel’s wedding package are provided by third parties, including agencies of local government, and may be subject to increases without prior notification. Such increases will be automatically passed on to the client. All prices listed in this brochure are in US dollars.
