There’s a little something for everyone at every Breezes Resort, and since everything is included in one simple upfront price, once your group is here, they’ll never have to worry about a thing. No receipts to collect. No paperwork to process. No tips to hand out. Nothing to do but relax and have a great time.

Every Breezes Resort sits on a pristine beach and offers sumptuous cuisine prepared by renowned chefs, world-class activities on land and water, and comprehensive meetings facilities. We also have state-of-the-art equipment including projectors, A/V equipment, flip charts, microphones, podium and office supplies, which make Breezes Resorts ideal for incentives and group meetings.

We take the work out of planning group trips because all of our resorts are truly Super-Inclusive. Accommodations, meals, beverages and activities, including golf – everything at the resort is included* And we’ll be happy to arrange tours, activities, programs and themed events custom tailored to your group.

What is a Group?

• 10 or more rooms, regardless of the occupancy, traveling in the same time period for a minimum of three (3) nights.

GROUP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The resort reserves the right to cancel the contract in the event that the contact on record does not meet the payment and cancellation provisions outlined in the contract.
• All rates will become null and void if 1st deposit and signed contract is not received by the date stated on the contract.
• Group space is not confirmed until first deposit is made in full by the date specified in the contract.
• A group consists of 10 or more rooms, regardless of the occupancy, traveling in the same time period for a minimum of three (3) nights.
• Group space is limited and based on availability.
• Group availability differs from general availability.
• SuperClubs reserves the right to determine group availability and may withdraw group availability at any time.
• SuperClubs reserves the right to re-call group space on any and all contracts prior to receipt of the 1st deposit regardless of deposit deadline.
• Full value of stay is charged for the total number of no-shows.

TOUR CONDUCTOR/T.C’S
With every 20-paying guest, the 21st guest is free booked and paid at group rates. Based on a minimum of 10 paid rooms. Based on full paying adult rates only, children rates do not apply.

Tour conductor rooms are assigned based on the larger amount of rooms booked in each category. The greater average of rooms booked will determine the tour conductors’ category assignment. Maximum Tour Conductor’s allotted per group – 3 rooms.

The Tour Conductor is non-transferable or redeemable for cash and it cannot be accumulated for use with another group. The Tour Conductor cannot be used as a credit towards the travel agency or client. The Tour Conductor must be used as a resort room. Tour Conductors are non-commissionable.

GROUP PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

10 – 30 ROOMS

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• $25.00 per person deposit – due on or before 14 days after contract issue date.
  Review date: 90 days prior to arrival- superclubs reserves the right to release all rooms if 1st deposit is not received or reduce the room block if all rooms contracted are not sold.
• $200 per person deposit- due on or before 90 days prior to arrival.
• Final payment – due on or before 30 days prior to arrival.

ATTRITION/ CANCELLATION

• 90 days prior to arrival – No penalty.
• 89- 46 days prior to arrival- $25 per person, deposit becomes non-refundable.
• 45- 41 days prior to arrival- $225 per person deposit becomes non-refundable.
• 30- 8 days prior to arrival- 10% of total rooms can be cancelled without penalty. Rooms cancelled over 10% incurs full penalty.
• 7 days prior to arrival – Full penalty for all cancellations.

ROOMING LIST

• Tentative Rooming list due 90 days prior to the group’s arrival.
• Final rooming list due 30 days prior to the group’s arrival.

31- 100 ROOMS

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
1st deposit – 10% of total cost – due on or before 14 days after contract issue date.
Review date: 120 days prior to arrival- superclubs reserves the right to release all rooms if 2nd deposit is not received or reduce the room block if all rooms contracted are not sold. – NEW
2nd deposit- 25% of total cost – due on or before 120 days prior to arrival
Review date: 90 days prior to arrival- superclubs reserves the right to release all rooms if 3rd deposit is not received or reduce the room block if all rooms contracted are not sold. – NEW
3rd deposit- 25% of total cost – due on or before 90 days prior to arrival – NEW
Final Payment – due on or before 45 days prior to arrival.

ATTRITION/ CANCELLATION
121 (changed from 61) days or more prior to arrival- No penalty
120 – 91 (Changed from 60- 46) days prior to arrival- 5% of total rooms can be cancelled without penalty. Over 5% will result in penalty of 35% of total cost for each room cancelled.
90 – 46 (Changed from 45- 31) days prior to arrival- 5% of total rooms can be cancelled without penalty. Over 5% will result in penalty of 50% of total cost for each room cancelled.
45 (changed from 30) days prior to arrival- Full penalty for all cancellations.

ROOMING LIST

• First Tentative Rooming list due 120 days prior to the group’s arrival – NEW
• Second Tentative Rooming list due 60 days prior to the group’s arrival.
• Final rooming list due 45 days prior to the group’s arrival.

101 ROOMS OR MORE BUT NOT A FULL RESORT CHARTER

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
5% of total cost – due on or before 14 days after contract issue date.

35% of total cost – due on or before 100 days prior to arrival.
Final payment- due on or before 70 days prior to arrival.
(Full payment for special functions at the resort is also due at this time).

181 days or more prior to arrival – Initial 10% deposit is non-refundable.
180- 100 days prior to arrival – 5% of total rooms can be cancelled without penalty. Over 5% will result in penalty of 35% of total cost for each room cancelled. (Changed from 35% penalty of total contracted charges).
99- 70 days prior to arrival – 5% of total rooms can be cancelled without penalty. Over 5% will result in penalty of 60% of total cost for each room cancelled. (Changed from 60% penalty of total contracted charges).
69 days prior to arrival – Full penalty.

Note: For Spring Break Groups to Breezes Bahamas, a note must be made on all contracts that a $250 per room security deposit is required upon check-in.
