No matter what kind of group you’re trying to put together – business or pleasure – nobody helps make the whole process easier than Breezes.
There’s a little something for everyone at every Breezes Resort, and since everything is included in one simple upfront price, once your group is here, they’ll never have to worry about a thing. No receipts to collect. No paperwork to process. No tips to hand out. Nothing to do but relax and have a great time.
Every Breezes Resort sits on a pristine beach and offers sumptuous cuisine prepared by renowned chefs, world-class activities on land and water, and comprehensive meetings facilities. We also have state-of-the-art equipment including projectors, A/V equipment, flip charts, microphones, podium and office supplies, which make Breezes Resorts ideal for incentives and group meetings.
We take the work out of planning group trips because all of our resorts are truly Super-Inclusive. Accommodations, meals, beverages and activities, including golf – everything at the resort is included* And we’ll be happy to arrange tours, activities, programs and themed events custom tailored to your group.

What Is A Group?
- 20 or more guests, based on double occupancy, traveling in the same time period for a minimum of three (3) nights*
- Group space is limited and based on availability
- Group availability differs from general availability
- We reserve the right to determine group availability and may withdraw group availability at any time
- We reserve the right to alter the group definition at any time at our discretion
- Individual guests’ reservations may not be converted into a group once the individual reservation in made
- Group considerations will be withdrawn if the group fails to meet the minimum number of rooms required (10 double rooms).
Group Pricing
Group pricing is based on the time of year, resort requested and room category. Specific rates are available upon request. Group pricing is lower than Breezes individual pricing Group pricing is applicable to only two guests per room. Third and fourth guests do not receive group pricing.
Tour Conductor Guidelines
One guest is complimentary with every nineteen (19) guests booked at group rates based on double occupancy, land only 10 double rooms minimum booking, regardless of length of stay (minimum three (3) nights required) Tour conductors’ rooms are assigned based on the number of rooms booked in each category. The greater average of rooms booked will determine the tour conductors’ category assignment.
Booking Procedure
Breezes’ Group Department is open Monday through Friday. All group inquiries must be made through the Group Department. To help us provide the best solutions to your group travel requests, just furnish us the following information:
- The date and length of stay
- The specific resort property
- The estimated number of group guests
- The number of rooms needed in each room category
- The name of the group
When we have confirmed your group a group policy, along with a group contract, will be mailed to you. An option date will be assigned to your group for your first deposit.
If a deposit is not received by the option date, Breezes reserves the right to withdraw all group accommodations and considerations without prior notice.
Deposit & Payment Requirements
10 to 30 Room Groups
A $25 per person initial deposit, accompanied by a signed contract is required to establish a group.
90 days prior to arrival, groups are evaluated by Breezes and unsold space is subject to recall.
60 days prior to arrival, an additional $200 per person deposit is required to maintain group space.
30 days prior to arrival, final payment is required for all rooms.

Attrition and Cancellation Information
10 to 30 Room Groups
89 – 46 days prior to arrival, a $25 per person cancellation fee is imposed.
45 – 31 days prior to arrival, a $225 per person cancellation fee is imposed.
30 – 8 days prior to arrival, 10% of the group allocation may be cancelled without penalty. All attrition above 10% incurs the full 100% penalty for each room.
7 days or fewer to arrival, the full 100% penalty for each room is incurred.

Confirmation of Group Space
Group Space will be confirmed upon receipt of first deposit
Breezes reserves the right to offer a resort comparable to the resort requested in the case of an oversell situation
Cancellation Information
A cancellation penalty will be assessed for any group that cancels within 60 days of the group arrival date
Cancellation Penalty Schedule – From 59 days to 31 days prior to arrival – 20% for each room canceled. Within 30 days of arrival date – 100% for each room canceled
General Information
Air requests for groups are based on availability and may or may not be confirmed by Breezes.
Meeting rooms and audio-visual equipment requests will be confirmed based on availability
Special functions requested will be confirmed based on availability
Any special group requests will be considered and will be confirmed based on Breezes’ ability to accommodate these requests
Groups of 51 rooms or more will be subject to separate terms and conditions
Group space is not available during Christmas/New Year’s
Certain room categories are not available for group discounts
Group Reservations Form
At Breezes, we take great pride in being the Caribbean’s only Super-Inclusive resorts. However, certain group requests are not included in our day to day schedules and activities for our guests. Surcharges will be assessed depending on the group requests. Surcharges and pricing lists are available through our group department.
