This is not something we take lightly. It is a solemn pledge to ultimate guest satisfaction and a strong statement of the confidence we have in our product.
We want you to be satisfied with your vacation. In fact, we guarantee it. If you’re unhappy just tell the General Manager before your second night. If the General Manager can’t make it better, they’ll give you a credit voucher for the entire value of the unused portion of your hotel stay, good for up to one year at a Breezes Resort & Spa. Sunshine & No Hurricane Guarantee
Every day is SUN day at Breezes Resorts & Spas. It’s simple. For each and every day the sun doesn’t show its face during your stay, we’ll issue a credit voucher equal to that day’s room value, good for one year towards another Breezes vacation. At each resort the Water Sports Director will make each day’s official Sunshine determination. On those rare occasions when the Sunshine Guarantee is declared, please ask the front desk for your Sunshine credit voucher. The Sunshine Guarantee applies to Breezes Resorts in Jamaica. The Sunshine Guarantee does not apply in the Bahamas. (see fine print below for full Hurricane Policy)
Guests on Property: Should a hurricane happen to strike the resort, guests at the resort will receive a reimbursement for the total value of disrupted nights. In addition, a voucher for a future stay will be issued for the same number of disrupted nights for use during the same month the following year, excluding airfare. This applies to Breezes Resorts & Spas in Jamaica and The Bahamas.
Arriving Guests: (A) In the event that guests are unable to arrive as scheduled, we will offer the following options: Guests may arrive after the storm passes. Either for the same number of nights, in which case, we will make every effort to confirm the dates and categories, and guarantee no room rate increase – OR – stay for fewer nights, in which case the guest will be provided a voucher for future travel equal to the interrupted nights.
(B) Breezes Resorts may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, recommend that all arriving guests reschedule their visit until after the storm has passed. Should such notification be issued Breezes will issue vouchers for future travel and guarantee the rate paid. This is based on availability, blackouts may apply.
Arriving guests who elect to arrive, despite our recommendations, do so with the implicit understanding that no compensation will be forthcoming for any disruption in services and/or inclusions that may occur as a result of the storm.
